That, above, it a tractor, and on Sunday, November 6th, 2016 it was being driven though Carmel Valley, California while pulling a wagon full of folks who were going from winery to winery for tastings.
One of the passengers was filming the journey when a truck pulled up behind the wagon and the driver started yelling “‘Yo Pete! Yo Pete!” (“Cowboy” Pete Azevedo was driving the tractor).
And then the truck hit the back of the wagon, the wagon passengers yelled, a woman flew out and was left lying, bleeding, in the road.
The driver of the truck was 36 y/o Jeff Moser, who is known not only to Cowboy Pete but also through out the Valley as he has been working as a tasting room manager for various wineries for years. Cowboy Pete said: “I was sitting in the front and all of a sudden “BOOM” and people started screaming”, but he believes that Moser had only been joking, merely trying to touch the back of the wagon to scare the passengers.
When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is: “Don’t do it! Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI”.
Be smart{er than Jeff Moser}: Don’t drink and drive, but, if you do, just say “NO{thing}”, don’t blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220 or 1-888-SHARK-8-1.
