Jimbo needed some cash so he pawned his laptop, a sad but also an understandable and legitimate move. What makes Jimbo stand out, however, is the fact that he left a CD-ROM inside of his pawned computer which was chalk full of kiddie porn.
When the CD was discovered the cops were called, a search warrant secured, a search of Jimbo’s home was conducted and plenty more kiddie porn was found inside of his crib.
What’s worse than the fact that Jimbo possessed all of this child porn is his apparent production and directing of much (if not all) of it, which would explain his charges of 1) possession of child pornography, 2) soliciting a subject for child pornography, 3) permitting a subject to take part in child pornography and 4) possession of child pornography depicting a sex act. Sadly, in Maryland, this only carries a possible max of 35 years in prison.
When confronted by cops Jimbo admitted making the videos but said that he had never had any physical contact with the girl nor did he share the videos with anyone else. He further opined that he had forgotten that he had left the CD in his laptop.
I know that not all kiddie porn violators are not sick f*cks who present a danger to anyone, and I even believe that some are just disturbed introverts who could never bring themselves to ever take one step toward acting beyond their scope of vision, but I am not a good enough Christian to bring myself to find empathy for these folks (fact is I’m Jewish), so….
Memo to the Folks: IF you have sexual fantasies / desires or are aroused in your genital area by the sight, smell or even thought of children then…
And if you are confronted by the cops, with or without a warrant, then, STFU and INVOKE, INVOKE, INVOKE…
