Meet 28 y/o Chantae Marie Gilman. That’s her below…
According to the article Chantae, who suffers from bipolar disorder and psychosis, not to fail to mention is a “dual diagnosis” patient (receiving substance abuse and mental health treatment), apparently met her male victim at a party. According to the man, they did not converse or flirt, they just saw one another at the event and then went their separate ways, or so he thought….
A few hours after falling asleep in his own bed, in his own home, the male victim was awakened by Chantae, riding a top of him, cowgirl, and pinning his hands above his head on his bed. Rather than playing the subservient, the man forced her off, and physically threw her out of his home, but not before Chantae asked him for a cigarette (which he threw at her as he slammed the door shut).
The man immediately reported the incident, went to a crisis center, underwent a sexual assault exam and the female DNA which was recovered off of him was positively matched to Chantae.
This whole story is fishy to me. How did she get in? Was there any forced entry? I suspect that he invited her in and at some point either changed his mind or she schizo’d out on him, prompting his take of woe, but that’s conjecture and for her jury to decide. In the interim….
Memo to the Folks: Rape is no laughing matter (unless you are raping a clown).
Rape / Sexual Battery is a most serious and personal violation. At common law (in the old days) rape was only a crime where it was male on female (it was a legal impossibility for a woman to rape a man), but nowadays rape (presently called “sexual battery” in Florida) is gender non-specific, which is a living testament to just how far women’s rights have progressed (go and stuff that into your jock straps all of you radical feminists).
Any sex which is not consensual sex is not sex, it is a criminal act, and it matters not who commits it. Before you climb on for a ride, make sure that you have a willing partner. Unless you are Bar Refaeli, in which case I keep my spare key…..).
