Q: Can this guy get in trouble if he has a video of me that it sexual? I am 17, and so is the guy. I went to his house and he pressured me and kept asking for me to do sexual things with him. At some points, he pinned me down and put his penis in my face (all while I was saying no). He tried to take my pants off, and I objected and he still pulled them down slightly. I eventually did the main thing he was pressuring me to do (I did not want to do it) and he told me he wouldn’t tell anyone. 2 days later at school, someone tells me that there’s a video (that I had no idea about) of me doing sexual things with the guy. I still haven’t been able to see it, but it’s very likely that there is a video. How much trouble can he legally get in? What proof do we need? If I know for a fact it’s on his phone, is that enough? He also sent it to a friend. Help?!

Answered . Your word is probably more than enough to send him STRAIGHT to jail. He will not pass “Go”, he will not collect “$200.00” and he might even be denied bail (or given a bond sufficiently high to preclude him from posting it).
You have described some very serious charges including, but not limited to, sexual battery, false imprisonment, extortion and video voyeurism. If what you have said is true then he is facing being labeled as a sex offender and having to live with that life-long stigma.
If you were victimized as described then you should call the Marco Island PD immediately.
