Meet Robert Waple of Mansfield, TX….. That’s him below (and it is NOT a mug shot):

Robert owns “Jet’s Pizza”, a local business which was in the market to hire a new employee.

Enter “Cella”, an otherwise unnamed teenager who applied for as job at Jet’s and whom Robert had hired (yes, that’s her below and no, that’s NOT a mugshot, it’s a pic from her social media – Twitter – account):
Cella was fired from her job at Jet’s before she even began as her boss saw her Tweet the night before she was set to begin work in which she complained about starting her “f*** a** job tomorrow”…
Robert, was informed of Cella’s Tweet the following morning by one of his other employees and he promptly replied…
According to Robert this was only his second (2nd) Tweet since he opened his Twitter account in 2009.  The reply to Cella prompted a series of Tweets from others, including several former employees, one of whom indicated that “working at Jet’s wasn’t all that great”, another stating that Jet’s was “the worst job I’ve ever had” and one more saying “Just thought you should know I was stoned out of my mind every time I went into work, and your pizza sucks”… which prompted Robert’s third (3rd) Tweet wherein he replied “Being high would only partly explain how you could deliver a pizza to the wrong house…multiple times. You have no hockey skills.” In the interim the discussion between Cella and Robert went on…

Props to Robert.  My point would be to suggest that while this is an employment and not a criminal justice system issue the principal is the same:
