The incident occurred on October 28th, 2016 when Andrea allegedly smuggled the vodka into Conneaut High School for a football game.
At some point during the game the toddler got a hold of, and drank from, the sippy-cup, but it wasn’t until after the game had ended that a relative noticed that the child couldn’t stand up and figured out that something was wrong. It didn’t take the pros at the ER to figure out that the toddler had ingested alcohol, prompting hospital staff to call the cops and ultimately leading to Andrea’s arrest on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge (which, in Ohio, reportedly carries a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine).
