Meet 30 y/o Erin Lee Macke of Johnstown, Iowa. That’s her below, in an Instagram picture that she posted on September 20th, 2017 (“Day 1” of her 11 day trip to Germany) of herself smiling and throwing her hands up in front of the Danube River in Bavaria…
And her she is at some point that same day posing with a girl friend (who presumably has a baby in some sort of a Bjorn) standing just outside of the Walhalla Memorial in Bavaria…
And here’s one last Instagram pic of Erin’s bratwurst meal during her “Day 1” in Germany…
So what’s the problem? What’s wrong with these pics? Welllll, how’s about the fact that Erin left her four (4) children – aged 6, 7, 12 and 12 – at home ALONE in Iowa while she embarked on her eleven (11) day excursion. Yup, having learned (from sources unknown) that she had left her children at home alone while she traveled to Germany without arranging for anyone to take care of them, Johnston, Iowa Police responded to Erin’s home on September 21 to conduct a welfare check and, sure enough, what they found was Erin’s four (4) young children with no adult in sight.
When the police learned that Erin didn’t plan to return until October 1, 2017 they managed to contact her in Germany and demand that she return to the U.S. immediately, which she did (albeit upon information and belief not until September 28, 2017, one full week after she left).
Upon her return Erin was taken into custody (that’s her booking photo below) on four (4) counts of Child Endangerment and one (1) count of making a firearm available to a child. All of Erin’s kids have been placed with extended family members.
Memo to Erin: I’ll make this short. You are both a selfish b*tch and a cr*ppy mother. I am willing to bet that in your case the Iowa Dept. of Human Services (we call this “DCF” in FL) will adopt the position that:
Memo to Erin continued: Meantime I will adopt the position that you are the front runner for the cover shoot on…
