Robby was employed by a local health care provider and “invited” an unnamed female co-worker to go to lunch with him. Having reportedly worked together for a while, and having shared lunch experiences before the woman thought nothing of it and voluntarily hopped into Robby’s car. In her 911 call she told emergency dispatchers that: “I just went to lunch with one of my coworkers, and I don’t really know what happened. We were driving in his car, he pulled over by the Fashion Square Mall and, like, pulled out a gun from his car. I got out of the car and he drove away, and he stuck me with something.”
