American Airlines Senior IT Manager Flies Across the County hoping for Deviant Underage Sex only to get Arrested in Police Sting Operation Meet 55 y/o Ray Wickliffe Howland.  That is the creepy bastard’s mug shot below…… Scroll down to read more!

Meet 55 y/o Ray Wickliffe Howland.  That is the creepy bastard’s mug shot below…

Ray is, er was, a Senior IT Manager for American Airlines.

Oh, I almost forget, American Airlines is repainting their fleet with pretty new logos…

Anyhow… Ray was arrested on Friday, June 26th, 2015 in Moon, Pennsylvania after having flown into town from Arlington, Texas with plans to have a “threesome” with a 32 y/o mother AND her 10 y/o daughter.  Instead, and fortunately, Ray was arrested and booked into the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail for charges of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempt of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and criminal attempt of rape of a child.  (You can watch the video of WPXI’s reporting on the incident here.)

I can only imagine that Ray must’ve believed that the mom and daughter tandem looked something like this (Ray, you are a sick f’ing bastard)…

But in truth the mom and daughter tandem looked something like this…

(I wish…) I’d like to give that guy carte blanche with Ray for 15 minutes or  so in an interrogation room with recording equipment which is awaiting a service call, but I both digress and exaggerate as, in truth the mom and daughter tandem probably looked something like this…

Or like this…

That, above, is a picture from “Operation Black Veil”, which you can read about here and which has nothing to do with our antagonist but which is a shining example of a “police internet sting operation” that went down in Green Bay, WI in 2013.  In Ray’s case he was sending emails back and forth with a detective who was posing as a 32-year-old mother with a 10-year-old daughter.  According to the criminal complaint, Ray allegedly said in their exchanges that he was going to be in town for business and wanted to meet up to have sex. In emails, Ray reportedly said that he was looking to meet “a family or a couple of girls’.  Per a statement which was put out by Attorney General Kathleen Kane:  “He [Ray] explained in detail, through email and text messages, the sexual acts he hoped to engage in.”

In case there is any doubt, authorities are reportedly also investigating whether or not Ray tried to organize other such meetings with minors as he allegedly told law enforcement that he had been talking with a man in Texas who sent him pictures of his 12-year-old daughter, who had “met with other people”.  Not coincidentally police reportedly found a photo of that girl on Ray’s iPad along with other communications with that Texas family.  Memo to Ray:  In case you did not get the message above (that you are a sick, twisted, f*ck) get this… It’s me, predicting your future….

Memo to the Folks:  You can read all of them here but “Haber’s Social Media Rule #4” states that “Cops literally troll the internet looking for folks who go to, look in, download from or upload to targeted (and usually, but not always “deviant”) sites. They also conduct internet “stings”, posing as children or deviants and looking to bag anyone foolish enough to take the bait.”  Fortunately, Ray Wickliffe Howland is one such fool who was…

More fortunate still is the fact that he won’t be a threat to anyone but himself for a long, long time.
