Glen was arrested on June 28th, 2015 after police attempted to question him about an incident which had reportedly occurred a few weeks earlier on June 4th, 2015. As a Glen chose to run when he spotted the police who were walking toward him he was tased (three (3) times) before being arrested and questioned.
The arrest and questioning stemmed from a report by the owner of a horse and two (2) other witnesses that they had observed Glen engaging in a sexual act with their horse, to wit: masturbating both himself and the horse.
It was not until June 28 that police finally caught up with ‘ole Glen at at a Seventh Day Adventist Church. When police told Glen that he was being arrested on suspicion of a sexual assault, Glen reportedly responded that he did not have sex with a horse. Unfortunately for Glen, the arresting officer noted that he had not yet mentioned a horse to Glen at the time that Glen offered his intended exculpatory yet factually incriminating statement.
Glen was booked on charges of sexually assaulting an animal, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer, the latter two (2) charges stemming from his running when police spotted him, and again, for his fleeing Glen was tased three (3) times. Memo to the Folks: 1) Don’t run from the cops. That never works out well. Just ask Glenn.
Memo to the Folks continued: 2) Don’t try to explain yourself to the cops. Talking to the cops is perilous business which rarely ends to your advantage.
Memo to the Folks continued: 3) Invoke and ask to speak with a lawyer.
