Memo to the Folks: Apparently Christopher Mark Heath was a “bad cop”, and I think it safe to speculate that he will be treated harshly, harsher than his co-defendants anyhow, because he is (was) a “bad cop”. But it is important to remember that one bad cop (or one bad “anything” from any group) does not mean that they are all “bad”.
