This fine specimen of human trash was arrested for tattooing both of her sons, aged 12 and 13, with permanent ink.
I could only find a picture of the tattoo that she placed on the back her 12 year old’s hand… “ride or die”…
and as the lightning bolt that she etched onto her 13 year old’s hand eludes me, and based upon her horrible penmanship, I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that it’s a poor Harry Potter imitation…
Every article that I read indicated that Chantilly, douche baggerous parent that she is, was arrested under a NY statute called “unlawfully dealing with a child”. I am not a NY lawyer and admittedly I know less than nothing about NY law, but I do know how to use Google and so I found that “unlawfully dealing with a child” is a misdemeanor offense which is generally reserved for adults who expose kids to drugs. I suppose that an argument could be made that tattoo guns use needles to inject ink, and some drugs require the use of hypodermic needles, but….
Personally, were I her arresting officer (who, incidentally, was reportedly dispatched to her home based upon a call from “a worried individual who told the police to check on the children”) then I would have been more creative in my arrest report (if for no other reason than to effectively bump up her bond and cause her additional grief in the physical and cyber-booking process… you know, a sort of law enforcement tattoo – as once you are arrested your records become public, get disseminated across the internet immediately and that cat can never be placed back in the proverbial bag… so it is kind of like a tattoo, a “police tattoo”).
