WI Man is Arrested on 3rd DUI and Felony Drug Charges after returning to Crash Scene that he had Fled, attempting to snort crushed Oxycodone in front of Cops during Hit and Run Investigation and… Scroll down to read more!

Meet 34 y/o Kenny Ignasiak.  That’s him below behind the wheel of a Jeff Gordon Chevy from one of his Facebook posts….

And here is our here in his November 25, 2016 Portage County, Wisconsin booking photo after being arrested for possession of narcotics, DUI (his 3rd), leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer.
According to a police report (which you can see below) filed by Officer K. Gall of the Sturtevant, Wisconsin Police Department (Sturtevant is a village about 25 miles south of Milwaukee), he was dispatched to the scene of a hit and run accident.

While making contact with the alleged victim of the LSA (who was none to pleased with his assailant, a/k/a our hero Kenny Ignasiak), Kenny did a drive by and was pointed out to Officer Gall by the alleged victim who reportedly said “There’s the assh*le right now”, and so Officer Gall called for backup.

And so Officer Gall made contact with Kenny to ask about the hit and run.  Kenny first denied having struck the victim’s car but then admitted that he had returned to the scene to see how much damage he had done to the vehicle.  During the course of the discussion Officer Gall noticed that Kenny’s “pupils were very dilated and he was tense and sweating”. Officer Gall stated that “Kenny did not seem to comprehend that what he had done [hit and run / flee the scene of an accident] was wrong and he had a very grandiose attitude.”

When Officer McCoy arrived Officer Gall had him stay with Kenny while he efforted at calming down the alleged victim, explaining that even though the victim wanted something harsher to occur Kenny was only going to be cited for reckless driving.  However, apparently the universe was listening to the victim…
Officer Gall reports  Officer McCoy calling him back over and seeing McCoy pointing his taser at Kenny while instructing him to put something down, and that something turned out to be a white powder that the cops initially thought might be cocaine but which turned out to be a crushed up combination of acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride.  Yes, you read that right, while Officer McCoy was standing over him Kenny broke out a vial of white powder, dumped it out, started to make a line and attempted to inhale it.  According to Officer McCoy Kenny was generous enough to offer to share, an offer which the policeman respectfully declined.
After a stern warning that he would be tasered if he did not comply Kenny put down the while powder and was quickly removed from his vehicle (inside of which two (2) additional oxycodone pills were recovered).  Once in police custody Kenny reportedly became combative and belligerent, but his mood allegedly shifted from aggressive to submissive and apologetic.  During one of his “lows” Kenny reported asked why he was being arrested as “There’s no rules about driving around with cocaine.” Kenny reportedly admitted to having consumed both alcohol and cocaine earlier in the day but then reportedly replied “Fuck no” when asked if he would consent to a blood draw.   He also reportedly attempted to kick out the window of the squad car.

Memo to the Folks:

Memo to the Folks continued:  Drink driving is bad enough but combining narcotics and booze and getting behind the wheel of a car is incredibly dangerous.  Kenny, who obviously has some serious issues, is lucky that he did not kill anyone. Still, given the facts pattern as alleged and coupled with his 2 prior DUI convictions I suspect that he’s got a serious uphill battle ahead (both in court and in life)

When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is:  “Don’t do it!  Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI”.

Be smart{er than Kenny Ignasiak}: Don’t drink and use controlled substances drive, but, if you do, just say “NO{thing}”, don’t blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220 or 1-888-SHARK-8-1.
