Thank you for asking me “Are all of your Client Criminals”?

The answer is no. Just because my client’s are accused of committing various crimes, that doesn’t make them criminals.

The vast majority of the folks that I represent are generally good people who have either made a foolish decision, who were in the wrong place at the wrong time or who chose to associate with the wrong people.

Not only are most of my client’s NOT criminals, but most of my clients are everyday normal folks, people just like you and me, people who you’d see, hell people who you do see, each and every day, every where, in all walks of life.

I’ve represented doctors and lawyers and even police officers and firefighters. I’ve represented architects and engineers, students and teachers, plumbers and painters. I’ve represented fishing boat captains, bus drivers and pilots.

I’ve served as a lawyer for locals and tourists, for parents and children and for spouses and siblings. I’ve even represented plenty of my own family and friends, on a wide variety of matters, some significant, some simple. I’ve handled cases for very wealthy people and also for free, for folks who couldn’t afford to hire a lawyer.

With all of those people , over all of these years, and with rare exception, the bulk of my client’s are not “criminals”.

Anyone can make a mistake or be accused of committing a crime even if they’ve done nothing wrong.
