Meet Adalia Brinez and her husband Luis Alberto Diaz. That’s the couple below…
Things are not so rosy in this Colombian household as of late though, not after Adalia happened to be in the right place at the right time (depending upon how you look at it), the place being in the city of Ibague in central Colombia and the time being at the very moment that her husband just happened to be driving by, with his mistress in his car (pictured below in the black shirt).
After seeing her husband with his mistress Adalia (wearing the white shirt below) literally brought traffic to a stand still, stepping out into the road to block her husband’s path.
Head’s began to turn (and cameras began to roll) when she started shouting: “Get that tramp out of the car, Luis” while she banged her fists repeatedly on the hood.
In short order the scene turned chaotic as a bus stopped alongside Adalia and its passengers and onlookers lent their support, one person saying: “Yes, get that dog out.”
Someone handed Adalia a wooden rolling pin and urged her to smash the windshield with it. (Although Adalia accepted the rolling pin and waived it threateningly she did not clobber the vehicle with it.) Dozens of gawkers surrounded the stationery red car peering through the tinted windows as Ms Adalia‘s verbal onslaught intensified.
Memo to the Folks: Adalia had every right to be pissed, and she had every right to take it out on her cheating husband. What she did not have a right to do (in the US anyhow) is to engage in disorderly conduct. In FL disorderly conduct covers a variety of behavior, but perhaps chief among them are actions that are likely to incite a riot or to obstruct the normal and peaceful flow of society (see F.S. 877.03 – Breach of the peace; disorderly conduct).
